MOC 2027

If you choose to participate in the ABOS WLA, you must have already earned a Quality Year. If you did not, you must wait until your next 10-year MOC cycle starts.
You must achieve five Quality Years by 2025. A Quality Year is achieved by correctly answering 24 out of 30 questions.
You must submit your Professional Standing Update, Professional Standing Update Fee, and Case List by December 1, 2026. You have until December 31, 2027 to meet the CME/SAE requirements.
